Ear Health Service Cornwall
NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly ICB has secured some funding to pilot a new ear and hearing health service in community pharmacy, in partnership with NHSE and TympaHealth.
We are now inviting pharmacies to express interest in taking part in the pilot, which aims to improve access for patients and reduce pressure on general practice and secondary care. The service will focus on digital otoscopy, ear wax removal and management of minor ear conditions, with the option to consider basic hearing checks as part of the assessment (subject to agreed scope and pathways).
