Summary Care Records in Community Pharmacy – Engagement event (Asda & Independent Pharmacies only)

Summary Care Records (SCRs) provide healthcare staff treating patients with real-time access to key clinical information.  This functionality is now being extended to community pharmacies across England during 2016, and it is being rolled out across Cornwall.  This is a really exciting time for primary care and community pharmacy and to ensure that your pharmacy starts to benefit from accessing this clinical information you need to be ready for SCR.
