Medicine Support Service from hospital to home

The LPC along with Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, South West Academic Health Science Network and Kernow CCG have organised an event due to be held on 11th January 2017 at Kingsley Village.  Prior to the start of the event, the LPC will be holding its Annual General Meeting starting at 7.15pm.
